We can either mail out your jewellery piece to you by registered mail or you can call into our shop in The Powerscourt Townhouse Centre and pick up there.
Valentina Fine Diamonds ships all domestic orders for free. Deliveries within Ireland are by registered mail. International orders will be shipped by either Fedex or international registered mail at a cost of €10.00.
As soon as your order ships, we will notify you that it is on the way with a ‘Delivery Confirmation’ email containing the package tracking number.
Order Process
Our fully-secure checkout gives you the option of paying for your purchase by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you are picking up your jewellery purchase from our showroom, you can also pay by cash or cashiers check.

After you place an online order with Valentina Fine Diamonds you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ e-mail confirming that we received your order.
Payment Plans
Valentina Fine Diamonds offers installment payment plans. We can break the purchase amount into a number of payments that are convenient for you.
Engraving Requests
We offer engraving on all engagement rings, wedding rings and other fine jewellery pieces. For online orders, you can add your engraving request during the order process. Engraved items may not avail of our returns policy.
Return Policy & Exchanges
Return for Refund: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee for that item if is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. A credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.

We recommend that you send your returns by either registered mail or any other service that provides delivery confirmation.
If you are shipping to us from outside The EU please state on the customs declaration label, ‘Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin’.
Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and state action to be taken.
Shoppers from within the European Union
Under EU law you have the right to cancel your order without obligation for a period of 14 days from the date of your order.
Warranty Coverage
We offer one year manufacturer’s warranty on all our jewellery.
Lifetime Cleaning
We offer free cleaning and ring resizing for all our jewellery. You can call by the shop anytime.

All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server. Your personal information is not stored on our servers.
